Gongura Mutton Curry:



Prep & cooking time - 1/2 hr

Ingredients:
1 tsp - coriander powder
1 tsp - Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds powder
Pich - salt
2 each number - garama masalas (cardamom,cloves,cinnamon,shahi jeera)
1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
5 bunch - gongura leaves
5 - green chillies
1 pound - Mutton
1 tbsp - Oil
1 cup - onion
Turermic powder- pinch
coriander leaves for garnishing

How tomake:
1.First wash mutton then take mutton in a presure cooker.
2. Now add cumin,coriander,red chilli powder,water,salt mix and close it with the lid cook till the mutton is tender.(1/2 hr)
3.Now in a pan add oil,onions,salt cook till onion change colour to golden brown then garama masala,ginger garlic paste,turemuric powder,green chillis,gongura leaves mix well and cook in a very slow flame till oil oozes out then add cooked mutton to it.
4.cook for 5 min add some water if required then add pinch garamasala powder, coriander leaves serve with rice or roti.
