LEMON PICKLE:

Marination time – 10 days

Ingredients:

Lemon – 25(large size)
Lemon juice -25(large size)
Salt - 1 ½ cup or enough
Red chillipowder -1/2 cup

For tempering/poppu/tadka/talimpu/seasoning:

2 - tbsp oil
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
1/4 or ½ tsp –asafoetida



How to make:

1.First wash and clean lemon then cut each lemon into 4 pieces.

2.Now to this add lemon juice , salt and marinate for 10 days.

3.After 10 days to this add talimpu .Now lemon pickle is ready to eat.

4. lemon pickle tastes well with curd rice……enjoy….
