CHAMADUMPALA PULUSU OR ARUM BROTH:
How to make:
pre - 20 mts ,cooking time -1/2 hr
Serves 3-4 persons

Ingredients:
Boiled arum (chamadumpalu)-1/2kg(pressure cook in 2cups of water for 15 mts)
Onion -2(large)thinely sliced
Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
Tamarind -1/4cup(soak in 1cup of water ,strain & retain the extract )
Salt -salt to taste
Masala red chilli powder -1tbsp
Oil -1/4 cup
Slit green chillis -4
Tomatoes -3 finely chopped
Water -1cup
1.Heat oil in one pan add onion, green chillis, tomatoes,sauté it for 2mts.
2.Then add chamadumpalu , salt ,masala red chilli powder,tomato ketchup, water,tamarind extract.
3.Cook it for 15 mts wth cover . Stir curry during cooking.
4.once oil rises top,turn off the flame. Serve hot with hot white rice or muddapappu annam with ghee.
{NOTE: cook chamadumpala pulusu on high heat first then reduce heat}
