Ingrdients:

Endu kobbari (dry coconut powder) – 1cup

Senaga pappu (bengal gram or chana dal) -1cup

Velluli (garlic) -3(big size)

Karam(red chilli powder ) -21/2 tbsp

Salt -salt to taste


How to make:

1.Mix all above ingredients ,then grind all ingredients to make kobbari karam.

2. kobbarikaram tastes well in vankaya ,bendi,goruchilkudukaya,beans,chikkudukaya fries etc.
