FRIED ONIONS:



Preparation & cooking time – 1/2 hr
Storage – 1 day
Cuisine – Andhra

Ingredients:

Onion – 2 (large)(cut into thin & long pieces)
Corn flour – 1tbsp
Oil – enough for deep frying

How to make:

1.First cut onion into thin and long pieces then mix well with 1tbsp corn flour to these onions .
2.Now take one pan with oil .Heat oil then add onions .
3.Deep fry onions till they turn into golden brown in colour.
4.Now crispy fried onions ready to use…..enjoy.
